The prefabricated welding production line for pipelines manufactured by our company is an automated production line integrating multiple functions such as pipe section pretreatment, straight pipe conveying, cutting and blanking, groove processing, welding joint alignment, automated welding, and pipe section post-treatment. The whole line combines advanced technologies in machinery, control, hydraulic pressure, transmission, cutting, welding and other aspects both at home and abroad. By equipping with advanced CNC mechanized equipment and highly efficient automated welding special machines, the degree of factory prefabrication of pipelines is enhanced, effectively improving the welding quality and production efficiency.

采用高速坡口机有效提高坡口加工及组对的效率和质量:物流输送系统实现管段、管件的自动输送及上/下料;

各类型自动化焊接专机提高焊接效率和质量，降低对焊工技术水平的要求，减轻工人的劳动强度;

整线采用PLC配合人机界面控制，操作简单，易于扩展；

The adoption of CNC intersecting line cutting equipment can realize one-time blanking as well as various processes such as intersecting line hole opening and groove processing.

The use of high-speed groove machines can effectively improve the efficiency and quality of groove processing and assembly.

The logistics conveying system enables the automatic conveyance and loading/unloading of pipe sections and pipe fittings.

Various types of automatic welding machines enhance the welding efficiency and quality, reduce the requirements for the technical level of welders, and relieve the labor intensity of workers.

The whole production line is controlled by PLC in combination with the human-machine interface, which is simple to operate and easy to expand.
