拼板系列自动焊接设备，主要应用于碳钢、不锈钢、钛合金，铝合金等材质的平板对接，适用于板厚1.5-8mm之间的平板拼接，在板材可开坡口或铣边的情况下，有效夹持厚度可达12mm。TIG、MIG/MAG、PAW等焊接工艺方法；也可采用P+T复合焊 ，焊接效果可达到单面焊双面成型。焊接控制采用触摸屏及PLC控制。

2，采用琴键式夹紧方式，焊接时散热效果好，工件变形小，焊接质量高；
3，通过衬垫保证单面焊双面成型效果，并可以通过正方面保护得到最佳的表面质量
The automatic welding equipment series for plate assembly is mainly applied to the butt joint of flat plates made of carbon steel, stainless steel, titanium alloy, aluminum alloy and other materials. It is suitable for the splicing of flat plates with a thickness ranging from 1.5 to 8 mm. Under the condition that the plates can be beveled or milled at the edges, the effective clamping thickness can reach 12 mm. Welding process methods such as TIG, MIG/MAG, PAW, etc. can be adopted; P+T hybrid welding can also be used, and the welding effect can achieve single-sided welding with double-sided formation. The welding control is carried out by means of touch screen and PLC control.
1. It can be applicable to the assembly and welding of medium and thin plates within the thickness range of 1.5 to 12 mm.
2. The piano-key type clamping method is adopted, which has a good heat dissipation effect during welding, resulting in small deformation of the workpiece and high welding quality.
3. The effect of single-sided welding with double-sided formation is ensured through the backing, and the best surface quality can be obtained through the protection on both the front and back sides.
